Hello,
I reset my license and I'm now trying to install it on my new computer (operating system Windows 11), but it doesn't work. It first ask me to install "Microsoft Visual C11 Redistributable SP1, but when I click Install, it gives me the following error message. Does anyone can help with this? Thank you very much!

I would add that you are using a version of Trados Studio that hasn't been supported for a very long time, and yet you have installed into W11 that was only released last month. The support team will try to help, but nothing is guaranteed. You should consider upgrading Trados Studio if you wish to work with the latest versions of the Microsoft operating system.
