My old pc with SDL Trados Studio 2019 freelance on it went dead, so I need to install the program on my new desktop. I was told to ask for a license reset by clicking the link below.
Unfortunately, there is no " Reset License" link on my customer license page, because it says I´ve got no program in use, and 1 available. So, what should I do now?

This was the link I was given. After clicking the Reset License button, there was no such button on my license page to click on:
