Reset License for New Laptop

I haven't been able to use Trados for three days now because it took Trados 3 days to reply to my first email.

I have a new laptop. When I try to deactivate the old computer it doesn't work.

The reply from Trados support was just to send a support ticket to you guys.

Feedback for the company: It would be really helpful if it were more clear on how to do this and whom I should talk to. Spending days to talk to the wrong people isn't good, and it's about to start costing me some deadlines. In FAQs and such, this needs to be more clear.
