I have noticed that your license and installer of Trados Studio 2021 have been released in your RWS account.
To access the license code please log in into your RWS account and then please click on products and plans - licenses and the long number in there represents your activation code for Trados Studio.
I have also noticed you currently hold a Support and maintenance contract so in case on any technical difficulties please feel free to access your support via your RWS account - support and education -support tab and my colleagues will be more than happy to help you.
