Activation of the API Google TM on Studio Live Team from my computer for all my team. All our software are accessed via our Data Center.

I need your help to implement a Google TM API in Studio Live Team as you helped out my PM Jordan a few weeks ago. We tried to follow the documentation the RWS support and Nadège Carvahlo sent us but it does not work. 

We cannot generate the appropriate Json file where the key is in. The Json file does not work whether we copy all the contents or only the ID key or the "Begin" to "End" key section.

We have been experiencing a lot of misfunctionning with SLT (assignment of jobs to translators and inserting the required API at the proper location in the window of RWS SLT (see below. In the Google Service Account Key, we try to enter the Json key (see the attached document) and it does not work. 

 

The icon of Trados Studio 2021 on which every one in our company click to access the software (one at a time).

Here is the error message I am the only one to receive and therefore, I cannot use the software. (A more recent version of the API was installed). When I click on "yes" Do you want to proceed with the downloading of the plugin?, the screen freezes and I cannot open the software. However three of my employees can open it applying exactly the same procedure as the one I use.

 

 I really need to be able to use the API Google when I use Studio Live Team AND when I use Studio Trados 2021 Pro. 

As I cannot use neither of them, I am asking you to access my screen and try to solve the two-fold problem.

Activation of the API Google both on SLT and on Studio Trados 2021 Pro. One of my employees said to me that she could use the API Google when she uses the software that is on the server located in a Data Center. We updated the software on the Data Center and I do not understand why some of my employees can launch the software by clicking on the icon located in the Data Center while some of us cannot do so. We click on the same icon and we have the same computers. 

I receive an error message when I click on the icon of Studio Trados 2021 Pro while some of my employees do not have any error messages. Even the IT maintenance company which handles all our IT information and softwares, gives up searching for the failure.

Could you please give me a date and time to investigate the problem by connecting to my session during a zoom conference?
