Hello,
I bought what I thought was an upgrade to my 2021 starter yearly edition. The page states that once you have a license, you don't have to deactivate the subscription, which I didn't. When I entered the newly purchased license it was activated but the software is not fully functional. Cannot use the TMs. I was advised by the chat agent through Trados Chat to uninstall my software, Reset my license (waited 30+ min.), reinstall my software and enter it anew. Well I did all that only the license, although shown has reset, my software is still activated with that license. I tried to Deactivate and it states "Revocation is complete..." So what should I do?
