DEACTIVATION AND REACTIVATION OF SINGLE USER LICENCE IN THE SAME PC

Help! I had to reinstall my PC due to a virus and now I am unable to connect my Trados licence. I have tried to deactivate offline and I received the deactivation certificate but I receive an error message when I try to  deactivate. Thanks for your help...
