Hi,
I had to reset my computer due to a virus and I now have a problem to deactivate the license offline: I received the deactivation code but after using it, the message appears: "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request."
It is impossible to deactivate the license on the computer and resetting the license does not work either.
PLEASE HELP....
