Hi, everybody. I need help. I am totally lost.

1- Yesterday I received a big job and I wanted to pretranslate it with MT, but I had run out of characters. So I decided to buy the upgrade di get extra characters and I subscribed the Starter pack paying EUR 9.99. The payment was successful, but the RWS system told me that I had never had a subscription there! :-O How can that be? I have been a Trados user since the very beginning of the tool and my account has been transferred to the new RWS website and I can login, so why did the system tell me I am not subscribed?

2- Then the MT worked, but I could not Pre-Translate the entire file - only segment after segment - which is not my preference. Why is it not working?

3 - When I wa doing all this, I noticed there was a notification, I opened it and I was prompted to download the new release SR2. I did so, then the "Install" button appeared. I clicked on it

and the tool just closed. Nothing else happened. When I reopened it. I saw that it was still the old version (SR1), and the notification disappeared. So I apparently downloaded and installed the SR2, but there is no proof of all this! How can I get the SR2 properly installed and working?

PLEASE HELP!!!
