We are a Theater with one translator and she needs the Trados software. I just bought a version but can't activate the software because she uses it on a domain joined computer!
We only have domain joined computers. Please help

Trados Freelance licenses only work on LAN (local area network) and are not suited for domain-based networks. You would need a Professional version to be able to work with Trados on domain-based networks.
As I assume you are still within 30 days from purchase, we can offer you a refund for your Freelance version. Please send an e-mail to trados@rws.com and my colleagues will help you further.
