I Can't open Trados Studio 2021 after installing it on my new computer.

Question

Hello, 
 
 I can't open my Trados Studio 2021 on my new computer. 
 I use Trados Studio for more than 2 years, 2019 version and now 2021. I never had problems. 
 I changed my computer for a Lenovo Yoga Slim. 
 I installed Trados on it, deactivated license on my old PC, and I can't even open Trados to activate the license as a message (see image below) displays and as I click on 'close' or 'ok', the whole software shuts down. 
 Please I need help as I need this for my work, I can't always work on my old computer...
