Unless you have windows update turned off you will have the digicert root certificate installed, which means you don't have to do anything.

However, there is a kb article that is worth a read just in case something manual needs to be carried out.. so for example if you are working in a locked environment and automatic installation is not possible:

So if you do what the guide says (click the url) you will be prompted to install the certificate if needed.  If you don't get prompted you don't need to do anything.  On your specific questions.

The instruction quoted in the KB article:

" ...and visit www.digicert.com. This will trigger the certificate chain verification software built into Windows. This will detect the new root certificate, automatically download it and add it to your Trusted Root Certification Authorities certificate store."

might have worked at the time the KB article was written, but currently nothing is automatically triggered when you visit this website. It simply shows the homepage of Digicert, which contains a lot of choices. So, I can understand Suvi's question.
