The program closes unexpectedly when I am moving from one segment to the next. I open the program again but it happens the same all the time. From that segment on, I cannot continue translating. The program closes all the time. I have tried installing the latest updates (16.2.9.9198)  but it does not solve the problem.

Up to now what I have done is asking for help to my client (a translation company) which have prepared a new package (with the translations done up to that moment), they send it to me and I import it again and can continue working. However, now it is happening more often and it is really a disruption in my work. What is more, my client does not have any problem with the files so apparently is a problem with my Trados application. I have the freelance version of SDL Trados Studio 2021. Can anybody help me?
