Good afternoon, colleagues!

I am a French-speaking translator from Belgium who learned how to use SDL Trados at translation school.

I have just purchased SDL Trados for the first time. Trados runs perfectly so far, but I cannot install Multiterm: I download Multiterm installer file, then I run the installation, but it stops a few seconds later, I receive an error message "An error has occurred: parameter is incorrect". 

How do I solve this? Anyone has already experienced this problem?
