I have Freelance plus installed on two computers, one laptop will be replaces so I have to move one license. But when I try to deactivate, offline or online, it says "Deactivation failed - Could not revoke licence. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded."

I tried offline but when pasting the authorization code in the upper field and click the Generate Certificate button, the error is: "Failed to deactivate offline. The specified authorization may not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authorization in your account".  I did do that but it is exactly the same.

So now I am stuck. What can I do?
