Urgent: Need support for License reset

I had to reinstall my Trados Studio and my license reset was denied, as I apparently reset too many times. This was due to a number of system crashes etc.

I visited the support page, clicked on submit a support ticket but it didn't appear.

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of time to scour the site for articles and watch videos and help files etc. I only want to find out how I can submit a support ticket so I can log into my Studio.
