Cannot reinstall Trados Studio 2011

Question

I must re-install Trados Studio 2011 ( Windows 10) but cannot install. 
 Error message: An error occurred while downloading the following resource: 
 downloadcentre.sdl.com/.../vcredist_x86.exe 
 
 I posted a query on Community and was advised to download the resource and try again. I did that but again could not install as an error message appeared involving another resource: 
 http://downloadcentre.sdl.com/prerequisites/DotNetFX35SP1/Tools/clwireg.exe " 
 I searched it on Google but the page was not working 
 Thanks for any help that may be coming. I'm stuck and cannot work

 You can download the second resource from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150 
 If it still doesn`t work please try the following solution: 
 On your computer, go to the following location: C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2011\modules and run the following components: 
 - TranslationStudio2.msi and - TradosCompatibility1.msi 
 Note: If you can't find the path above, open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.
