The only thing is:

the program I downloaded from my page appears to be a trial version, and it asks me for the activation code.

Where do I find the activation code?

I can only see a number on my page, but it is not accepted as activation key. Error message:

“Activation failed

CannorAccessWebsite-24” 

(There was nothing wrong with my internet connection)

If I try to activate offline, the system asks me for an Activation Certificate.

I tried to reset the licence, but nothing changed. I tried again and was told I had exceeded the allowed number of resets. 

I just spoke with Loredana in chat and she suggested to get in touch with this link where "they can reset the license from their end"
