Hi, I installed Trados Studio 2019 R2 on a new computer. However, I am not able to do a concordance search, I use specific translation memories from a company I am working with. They actually specified that I should only use an older version of Trados Studio 2019, since the newest version is not compatible with their servers. Is there a way to download an older version of Trados Studio 2019. It seems it automatically downloaded the newest version.

Can you please check in Studio > Help > About SDL Trados Studio and tell me the exact version you have installed now?
Also, can you tell me what older version you need? Maybe the company you`re working with can tell you what version they`re using.

The exact version currently installed on my new computer is Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.8.3007.
The older version I need is Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.6.2831.
