I had a problem with my laptop and I had to reinstall all software. I was not able to return the license on Trados. I have the Plus version of Trados Studio. Also, I am trying to visit my Trados page on RWS site and it does not recognize my credentials, I tried to recover the password, but I did not receive the recovery password on my email. I do have my username and password correct on my records, because I can access my Trados account on Trados Studio to activate my Language Weaver subscription.
I really appreciate your help with this issue.
