Failure to use the same activation code after reinstallation of the program

Hello everyone!

After recent update to the latest version of TradosStudio2021SR2 the program stopped to work. So I was forced to delete it and reinstall the previous version of Trados Studio 2021 that I had on my computer. As the program stopped to work I had no chance to deactivate the license correctly. So, now, when I reinstalled the program it requires activation code. I tried to use the same activation code but it says that there are no available licenses for this activation code.  Then I tried to reset license twice but an error has occurred. Could you help me to resolve this issue?
