Hi. Due to a computer problem, I had to reinstall Windows 10 without having the chance to deactivate my Studio license. I have reinstalled SDL Studio on my computer but cannot access it now. I can't activate my license and I can't deactivate it either. I don't know what is going. I am receiving this error message: 

Error:

Activation failed. Invalid product key. Make sure that the product key belongs to the intended product or product version.

Could you please log a ticket and help me activate my license again. I need it urgently.
