Although I bought the Studio 2021 upgrade and have used it for some time, I am desperate to return to Studio 2019 which did not have any of the horrible issues that I have with the version 2021 (sudden crashes, unable to copy text, not being able to effect a TM update via Batch Tasks for example). How can I do this?

But when I upgraded to 2021, version 2019 was removed from my computer, and when I now check my licenses, the license for 2019 is gone, so I would not be able to do it.

You can download and reinstall Studio 2019 from the following link: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2019/SR2/CUs/CU8/SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_CU8_3007.zip
As mentioned in the article I posted in the previous reply you don`t need a 2019 license key, you only need to have Studio 2021 activated on the same computer.
