I had technical problems with my laptop and had to change my wifi card (inside my laptop)
Suddenly I cannot use my sdl 2011 and 2015 and says that I have to activate both products (even in both products are already activated)
I went to my SDL account online and thought of deactivating both products and installing again, but still having problems.
Possible that changing my wifi card could have caused this? Since it says in my account that both products are activated but actually can't use them.
How can I proceed?
