Hi,
Before leaving on a trip this morning, I tried to deactivate my licence but never managed to. It didn't work, neither on line nor offline.I received a "deactivation ticket" hours later, but too late. I am now trying to activate my licence on another computer, but it sends error messages. What can I do?
Any tip will be welcome! Thanks in advance!
