The usual story - I had a computer crash, needed to re-install Windows and haven't been able to deactivate my licenses before. I use both the 2021 and the 2019 Freelance versions of Studio and MultiTerm and really do need both because I have clients that need me on 2019 still. I have an active installation of 2019 on my back-up laptop, but I don't seem to be able to transfer that over (it says something about restrictions).
