Hi, I upgraded to the most basic paid language weaver subscription only a week ago and now it says I've run out of characters.
At the same time, the pretranslation function in studio does not seem to cooperate. I'm trying to pretranslate an item with about 70% text in my personal translation memory and it won't do it. please help
