I am trying to deactivate my Studio 2019 licence, but I keep getting the message "There are multiple instances of this application running. Please close the other instances before deactivating the license", but I have checked and I have no other instances of the programme running.
Please can you try turning off your computer and then restarting. I know it's a bit of a lame suggestion, but that action may well clear anything that's hanging on and causing this problem for you. See if that helps? If you still need assistance after that come back and tell us and we can convert this to a support case for you.
