When trying to deactivate a second license (2014 plus) in an old laptop, it didn't work. So I generated the offline code and pasted it in Offline Deactivation Certificate, but I get this message: "The Deactivation Certificate entered is not valid. Please check it and try again." Why doesn't it work? Please advise on this.
