I opened Trados Studio 2019 this morning to do a translation and I got the error message "Evaluation Expired [37]". I don't understand. My Trados License is legit, I bought it a couple of years ago and has no expiry date. I need to finish a translation by tomorrow morning and I need Trados operative asap.
And the Trados site won't let me reset my license. Can you help me with this problem please?
I think renaming the studio.lic file should resolve this. Follow the instructions here:

Thank you Paul for your reply! Unfortunately both workarounds mentioned in the instructions didn't worked. I put the matter aside for a couple of hours, tried the reset link on the Trados site and it worked. I could reset the license and activate Trados Studio 2019 again. Do yo have any idea, why this happened? It's the first time in 18 years that I've been using Trados, that I had to reset the license for no reason.

I have no idea… sometimes computers are a mystery and this may just be one of those things.
