After a computer breakdown I need to reset its installed licenses for SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus and an included SDL Trados 2007 Suite Freelance.

After a computer breakdown I need to return the licenses for the software versions that were installed on it. These are:

  1. SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus
  2. An included SDL Trados 2007 Suite Freelance.

For the first case I receive an error message when clicking the "Reset License" link on the "Licenses" web page ("An error has occurred ... An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error. Please try raloading / refreshing this page"), where refreshing the page does not help.

In the second case there is no option visible on the License page to return the license, so I would ask you to do this at your end.
