I have a Freelance Plus version of Studio 2021. I installed it on two new computers. The first one, I had to reset the license. It gives two otherwise meaningless "instances", which are just a string of letters and numbers. There is a date, but both dates are similar enough that it doesn't help in figuring out which is which.

Now that I'm installing on the second computer, I deactivated the license and then tried to activate it on the new computer. It says I don't have any installs left. When I try to reset the license, it tells me that I have exceeded the maximum number of license resets during the year. Can you manually reset it for me?

If needed, I can deactivate and activate both of the computers using this license.
