When I enter my activation code, I receive an error message.

Good afternoon, 

 

I have recently bought a SDL Trados 2021 license. When I enter my activation code, I receive an error messages that says: 'Activation failed. An internal error occured. Contact the system administrator for assistance.' 

How can I fix this? I'm very worried because the license cost me 400€.
