Trados activation error, same on two computers

Hello,

I deactivated Trados on PC to move it to my notebook. On the notebook, when trying to activate, Trados showed me error: "Activation failed. An internal error occurred. Contact the system administrator for assistance". I tried to go back to my PC and activate, but got the very same error message.
