Trados activation error, same on two computers

Question

Hello, 
 I deactivated Trados on PC to move it to my notebook. On the notebook, when trying to activate, Trados showed me error: "Activation failed. An internal error occurred. Contact the system administrator for assistance". I tried to go back to my PC and activate, but got the very same error message. 
 Please help

 Unfortunately there is a general issue with the online activation which is currently under investigation. 
 As a workaround please try to activate your license offline as described in this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
