problem with license activation, urgent!

I deactivated the license on one computer and trying to activate it again, it gives me the following error: "Activation failed. An internal error occurred. Contact the system administrator for assistance”. So I'm contacting... Please, advice. It’s urgent, because I cannot use my software. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately there is a general issue with the online activation which is currently under investigation.

As a workaround please try to activate your license offline as described in this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
