I've correctly deactivated my Studio 2021 licence on my old computer but I fail to activate it on my new computer. Both licences remain active in my account. I've tried resetting the licences but that didn't work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Paul. Apparently the problem solved itself in the mean time (unless support has already taken action to correct the error?). After several attempts and 24 hours of waiting, the licence code was suddenly accepted.
