Licensing -Reactivation Urgent

Hi,
After formatting, I experience an issue regarding the license activation. I have downloaded and installed SDL but I can't activate the license (the message ''Activation failed. Invalid product key. Make sure that the product key belongs to the intended product or product version'' appears). After logging a support case, I went to this KB article and followed the steps
gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

Then I went to path: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\StudioXX\Data
but I couldn't rename Studio.lic file according to the instructions given, as the message ''Windows can't find 'C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\StudioXX\Data'. Check the spelling and try again.'' appears.

Could you please help me (again)?
Thank you in advance,
Nafsika

Did you actually look for this?

    C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\StudioXX\Data

Or did you replace the XX after Studio with the version number of Studio you are using?  So for Trados Studio 2021 it would be this:

    C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\Data

Or for Trados Studio 2019 it would be this:

    C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data
