I purchased trados on 27th January, 2022 but before that I had a trial version of Trados on same Laptop, which was deactivated 2-3 months ago, but now unable to install the new original Trados, it gives prompt that "An error occurred while installing system components for Trados Studio. Setup cannot continue until all system components have been successfully installed." Please guide me if any particular hardware is required or need to delete any file remaine
