I need to deactivate the license on my old computer in order to activate the software on a new computer. The online activation instructions say "Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance." When I try offline deactivation from within the software, the Generate Certificate button in the Product Activation pop-up window is grayed out.
