License deactivation / reactivation.

I am Trados User since 2011 or 2014 version. I have two licenses for Trados Studio 2021, only one of them active. 

On corresponding computer I lost all my data, including Trados License. So I would like to know how to proceed to reinstall the same license on a new acquired hard disk for this computer. 

The other license I want to install on my notebook, for security reasons.
