Hello all, my SDL Trados 2021 crashes suddenly with no error message while working and the strange thing is that I have the same issue on two different machines
Hello Ata Arif
Is this happening for the same file / project on both computers? Are the files / projects you`re working on saved on a shared drive? If yes, please try to copy them locally on the PCs and see it it still crashes.
Thank you,
Sorin
Thank you for your answer, I thought it was with a specific file but it appeared it was for all. Now I have tried to repair SDL on both machines and updated both machines from windows update (although I have automatic update switched on!) and tried again but that doe not help. when I start the Studio it starts normally, when I start to translate a new segment as soon as I jump there it freezes for a few seconds and crashes. yes, I use One drive and have been using it for ages with no such issues.
Hello Ata Arif
Can you try to work with 1-2 files locally and not from One Drive to see if it still crashes? There could be some syncronization issues with One Drive which causes this issue.
Thank you,
Sorin
Now I saved a copy of the TM on the hard disk of my PC and cleared a new file without adding any TB and after two to three segments it crashed again same result
I did same rusult
now with an error message saying

Update
thank you for your care, my problem has now been solved through some steps I have taken
I have repaired my TM through the free app
I have reorganised my TB
I have carried out the necessary performance in my TM
and now my studio works the same as before, hope it will continue!
my guess for this issue is using a client's project and joining my TM with it at the same time, maybe or maybe not!
Thank you again
