I need assistance to deactivate my license so that I can use it in my new machine
What have you tried so far? Presumably you have attempted to simply deactivate it via the Help menu in Trados Studio? What version are you using?

Sure, that's exactly what I did. I'm using Trados 2017
ok… and what happened? Any messages that might provide a hint on whether there is a solution for you or we need to engage a support engineer?
