after my PC crashed so totally I had to buy a new machine I need to deactivate my SDL Trados 2017 Freelance license offline. But both deactivation offline and resetting license doesn't work.
I've got my Offline Deactivation Ticket, but upon entering it and hitting the Confirm button, all I get after a while of watching a rotating ring quarters is "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation". Is it possible that anyone can deactivate it for me internally? I need to start to use my until-then working license soon again.
