I`ve just checked your account and the license is there. Please log in your account (oos.sdl.com) and go to Products & Plans > Licenses and you should find the activation code for SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance

Thank you, I have found it. I wonder if you can help also with this: i bouth annual licenses in 2017 and in 2019. I would like to delete them from my computer, but they askme for a code. Can you provide them?

Can you tell me from where you`re trying to delete them? A screenshot from where you`re asked for codes could help.
You can uninstall Studio 2017 and 2019 directly from Control Panel if that`s what you want.
