Hello.
I had to reset my computer and now I am unable to activate my Trados license because it is already activated. I did not deactivate it before the reset, so now I can not deactivate it to make it available. My version is 2019 anda I also don´t know how to download this version.
How do I activate and download my software?

You can download Studio from your RWS account > Products & Plans > Downloads or from the following link: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2019/SR2/CUs/CU8/SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_CU8_3007.zip
Once Studio is install try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article and then activate it in Studio: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
