Trados Studio 2021 licence - not available in my account

I upgraded from 2017 Freelance Plus to  2019 Freelance Plus in 2020. I installed and activated the 2019 version. Last year I bought another upgrade from 2017 to 2021 Freelance Plus. Today I installed the 2021 version but my account tells me that there are no upgrades to process and there is no licence for the 2021 version!!

Who can help? Is there any other way to contact the RWS support?
