You can deactivate your license from Studio > Help > Product activation and if that doesn`t work you can try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
Once this is done you can activate it on the new PC.
