Hello,
I am trying to transfer my trados studio 2021 license to my new laptop and unfortunately I was unable to deactivate online . So I tried to deactivate offline and that did not work (I went through the entire procedure, received and entered the deactivation code, etc.) and neither did a reset - I got an error message each time.
I need to transfer the license and unfortunately I am stuck and cannot seem to get any help.
I am hoping this can get unraveled here asap.
