You had a Trados Studio 2019 Starter - Free license which expired on 10-08-2021. If you have an order number for a perpetual license please provide it to me and I`ll check.

Hi Petra, I tried to upgrade my version 2019 to 2021, but I cannot. What can I do if my license expired? So far I bought Trados 2015 and the upgrade to 2019.
