I`ve just checked your account and you have a Trados Studio 2021 Freelance license. Are you referring to another license? Can you check again and provide more details if any issues?

Dear Sorin, I can't activate my license because on my screen I don't have the button "Reset my license".

Your license is available for activation so you don`t need to reset it. The Reset License option appears only when the license shows as In use.
Please try to activate your license and let me know if it works. If you have any error message, send a screenshot.

If you activate your license online you only need to copy the license key in the Activation Code box in Studio and click Activate. For this you don`t need any Installation ID.

If you activate your license offline the you need to copy the license key also in Studio as described in this article and the Installation ID is automatically generated: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784
